To introduce some exsamples of “Thank you” in Japanese, you can find 3 steps of these expression, ‘1) normal’ and ‘2) polite’, ‘3) respectful’.
So I put a number (1~3) on top of the sentence like below. The numbers mean 3 steps that I mentioned it.
1）ありがとうございます。

2）本当(ほんとう)にありがとうございます。
↓
2’）誠(まこと)にありがとうございます。
2）感謝(かんしゃ)しております。
↓
3）心(こころ)より感謝申し上げます。
Attenntion ! The following expressions have both meanings happy and embarrased. So if you say these sentences many times, you maybe make them feel bad. In this situation, they think that you feel too kind to thank them.
2）恐(おそ)れ入ります。
↓
2’）誠に恐れ入ります。
↓
3）恐縮(きょうしゅく)でございます。
↓
3’）大変(たいへん)恐縮(きょうしゅく)しております。
The following sentences below, we use more often writings than conversation.
